Study On Agricultural Mechanization Development Of Shanxi Province In The New Era

When the 21^st century comes, with the increase of the people's interest to "the three dimensional rural issues", the issue about agricultural mechanize has given rise to people's attention again. The born of Agricultural Mechanize Promotion Law and the application of the subsidy policy for agricultural machinery purchase adumbrate the coming of another important period for development of agricultural mechanize. Just under this background, the author made systemic study on the issue of agricultural mechanize development in Shanxi Province.On the base of analyzing literature about research on agricultural mechanize development interior and overseas, gathering materials about agricultural mechanize development in Shanxi province, and doing some precedent investigation, the author considered some important issues in developing process of Shanxi agricultural mechanize one by one.Firstly, the author analyzed the basic characteristics of the new era, considered the reflection which the science development view ought to have in the field of agricultural mechanize and the changing course of the guiding ideology for agricultural mechanize development, and then, summarized the new agricultural mechanize development view which guides the whole research and practice on agricultural mechanize development, that is "make the three dimensional rural issues as foundation, attach importance to beneficial result, harmonize comprehensively, develop sustainably".Secondly, the author analyzed the present conditions of agricultural mechanize development in Shanxi province, and pointed the problems in Shanxi agricultural mechanize development.Third, study on the environment of agricultural mechanize development in Shanxi province. The author studied on the relationship between agricultural mechanize and nationals economics with the methods of qualitative and quantitative analysis; built the multi-factors progressively regress analyzing model of influences on agricultural mechanize development, determined the main factors influencing the comprehensive working level of agricultural mechanize in Shanxi province, forecasted the changes of developing conditions for agricultural mechanize in Shanxi province in the future, and calculated the specific data of per capital net income of peasants, financial income, agricultural working force with jobs in 2020 Shanxi.Fourth, study on the developing goal, focal points and overall arrangement for agricultural mechanize in Shanxi province. Forecasted the agricultural mechanize development goal in 2020 Shanxi with many methods; according to the requirement of the new agricultural mechanize development view, put forward the emphasis of agricultural mechanize development in Shanxi province; divided the agricultural mechanize development of 115 countries(cities) in Shanxi province to different types, and raised the developing strategies for regions of different types;Fifth, analyzed and proved the public goods attribute of agricultural mechanize, specifically surveyed and calculated the supporting strength of the government that it should give to agricultural mechanize, and raised the corresponding supporting tactics.Finally, summarized the total studying achievements, put forward relative developing suggestions, and pointed out the studying direction of regional agricultural mechanize developing issues.
