| Venture capital is regarded as a system of innovation in this article. The author compares the financing it offers with traditional bank financing, securities financing, and policy financing. Then on base of the comparison, the author gets the conclusion that venture capital system has advantages in small science and technology corporation financing because of its construction.The introduction of venture capital system benefits the impulsion of high-tech industrialization, the cultivation of new increase fields, the change of economy growth manner, the start-up of folks?investments, and the boost of employment. Besides, the article also develops restricting factors in the development of venture capital in China. After analyzing these factors, the author hereon brings forward her suggestions on policies of venture capital arrangement.
