Study On The Funding System For Guangdong Highway's Construction Capotal——Inspiration From Foreign Capotal Introduction By GZ-Foshan Highway Limited

GZ-Foshan Highway is the first highway built in Guangdong Province and constitutes part of the national main high-class road network. Approved to build in 1984, this project managed to overcome the difficulty of seriously insufficient fund through initiating the introduction of foreign capital and thus ensured the highway fully into business operation in August of 1989, creating a successful sample in introducing foreign fund into highway construction.The thesis is divided into two parts: (I) 揅ase Description? (II) 揅ase Study? 揅ase Description?mainly introduces GZ-Foshan Highway抯 construction background, construction fund raising, JV set-up, project implementation, operation situation and expansion in later stage, etc., emphasis is put on fund raising and foreign capital introducing. Starting with the analysis of advantages and disadvantages of introducing foreign capital, through bench marking with other projects, 揅ase Study?discusses the funding system for highway in Guangdong Province, and further advocates the conception of introducing foreign capital conceives into highway funding system.
