Highway Construction Studies, Role In Boosting The National Economy

From macroscopical point of view, this paper studies the mechanism of highway construction pulling national economy development, i.e. three layers pulling theory, through economics principle, with qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. And takes examples for Hebei province and Zhejiang province to do demonstration analysis. Finally, puts forward a series of policies and measures so as to ensure that highway construction pulls economy development successfully, and by the pulling effect society and economy develops better and better.
