Presently, the area of wildlife resources nomocracy on wetland nature reserve (WNR) is one of study field needed to be developed in China. Through the definition of relative notion, this paper confirmed the administrative object of nomocracy wildlife resources in WNR.From early time of China establishment to the late of 1 970s, the various policies and articles gave a decisive effects on nomocracy administration, but the legislation was quite limited. Though a series of rules or laws were enacted on wildlife resources in WNR, it is still no perfection. Legislatively, the system, integrality and science is absent among rules and laws. There exist too many problems in execution of laws including many executive departments but not coordinate, blankness and chaos existing in the decision-making and executive processing, execution inconsistent with pieces-cut administration system.To solve the problem in theoiy, an on-site survey on the nomocracy administration of wildlife resources was conducted in Zhalong State Nature Reserve from May of 2000 to March of 2001. This paper analyzed the some law administrative mechanism on wildlife resources. The policies on wildlife resources in WNR of some countries were also introduced and discussed including the laws of America, Australia, Holland, and Japan, by the comparison of these laws, between China and other countries, this reserch gave the references of law administration in the future of China and something needing to perfect in the legislation and execution over the nomocracy about WNR.Finally, some suggestion on the nomocracy administration over Zhalong State Nature Reserve were put forward.
