And the legal system on nature reserves has been initially formed via making a lot of law, administrative regulation and rules. However, with the "sustainable development" national development strategy establishment, our legal construction on nature reserve is showing some notable problems, which can’t meet the demand of nature reserve booming development. Mainly as follows:The legal system on nature reserve is not perfect even worse lack; the thought and concept of legislation is backward, which can’t meet the development demand; some important legal system hasn’t been established and problems during development cannot be solved. Therefore, the first fundamental problem is to, based on our country’s fundamental realities, structure the existing legal system on nature reserve and consummate the legal system’s construction and management, especially direct at some nature reserves where the legislation is backward even worse empty, this is the urgent problem to solve.Yunnan Daweishan National Nature Reserve is well-known for species’ typicality, rareness, diversity, naturality and fragility, so high attention is paid to it by governments at all levels, experts and scholars. In year2001, it was granted to build nation-rank nature reserve, but the construction and development is constrained by the legislation lack for protection.The paper tries to discuss the Yunnan Daweishan National Nature Reserve legal system consummation during the construction. The content contains five parts:Part one: Introduce the nature reserves in our country and Daweishan National Nature Reserve. Part two:analyze the legal system current situation and existing problems in Yunnan Daweishan National Nature Reserve.
