System Ethic And Socialist Moral Construction

After the middle of 1980's ,theorits in our country began paying attention to system ethic which was ignored by people for a long time. System ethic and its relation to socialist moral construction is becoming a heat topic.The lucubrating to system ethic will offer theoretical guidance and show the route for system and moral construction to China which is during the course of system innovation and moral construction.There are many different definitions about system ethic.In my opinion, the rule existed in political,economical or cultural aspect and regulations abided by the people of a certain colony, industry and board is called system.System includes not only ethical system but also many other systems. The ethical pursue,moral principle and value judgement concealed in various systems (except ethical system) under definite social historical condition is called system ethic. Before choosing moral principle which is used to individual, people always choose the fundamental moral principle which is used to systems .System ethic possess the characteristic of fundamentality; System ethic is ethical pursue,moral principle and value judgement concealed in non-ethical systems such as political systems,legal systems and economical systems. System ethic possess the characteristic of internality.Besides,system ethic has the chacteristics of objectivity,stratification and it is social historical.The system ethic in our country has been making good progress since the Third Session of the Eleventh Party Conference.This brought delightful changes to our social moral relation. Over more than twenty years, we have liberated productivity greatly ,made good progress in economy and advanced the level of civilians' standard of living through the separating govermment from enterprise and the developing of market economy . Various relations such as work to distribute is activated by taking out the policy of "giving priority to distribution according towork,to make people rich togethere by allowing minority to be rich firstly ".Both individual and social welfare goes up continually,steadily and fleetly.The standardization trend of social operational system guarantees the right-obligation relations .On the other hand,the system ethic lags behind the needs of economical development and the changes of people's right-obligation relation. System ethic lacks harmony to each other.There is still much localization in our system ethic. 1 .The system ethic confusion caused by the intergrative political system and economical system conduces the dispensatory chaos and malversation in right and obligation between government and economical behaviors. 2.The administrative criterions is not wholesome morally. 3.The companies and business organizations make malversation possible. 4.There are still many chaos and Motions in fortune and income dispensatory system. 5. The dispensatory equilibrium system in fortune and income is still imperfected.People pay more and more attention to moral construction now. To improve system ethic is not only necessary but also feasible for stimulating socialist moral construction. We should persist in equity,universality and historical principles and take some material mesures such as founding a suit of rules to protect property right,designing modern generalized credit system,abolishing varities of industrial monopoly,compensating the least beneficiaries and making political system more democratic.Only so can we provide system ethic guarantee for our country's socialist moral construction.
