It is a new trend that management has been ethicalizing. The eth-icalizing transformation links with the models, principles and objectives of modern management because of economic scandals, intensifying competition, social pressure, and the malpractice of traditional models of management and modern alternation of management itself. At the same time the various and numerous management theories, which come up one after another, are inquiring into the domain of ethical values. Therefore management ethic-a relatively independent value configuration to which have to be paid much attention-is formed, while management and ethic integrate tightly, intercross and penetrate reciprocally. Not only does the study of management ethic help broaden the theoretic scope of Ethics, provide theory foundation for our criterion system of ethical values that answer for the requirements of socialist market economy, but also helps increase capability to identify good from evil, resist the corruption in the management activities with the guidance of correct value views of management ethic, push the health of the management in socialist market economy, and guarantee the successful construction of socialist modernization and the ultimate accomplishment of the cause of building a "XiaoKang"( comparatively well off) society.The modern management ethic and its realization mechanism has been investigated entirely according to the management practice of eth-icalization in this dissertation, adopting the analytic method of hypothesis for human nature, with the intersectional visual threshold of interaction and integration between Management Science and Ethics, identifying management ethic as a relatively independent ethical value configuration. The content of this paper includes: unscrambling the interaction between management and ethic; annotating the connotation,component and function of management ethic; pursuing the ethicalprinciple and basic requirements of modern management; carding the ethical criteria in the course of modern management; outlining the regulating and controlling mechanism of modern management ethic.To unscramble the ethical characteristics of management and the management functions of ethic from the visual view of value, where is our logical starting point? The answer is the hypothesis for human nature , which both Management Science and Ethics have to reply. In the history of management thoughts, the hypothesis for human nature and its corresponding management model show us that the management activities are human beings' activities. Management comes from human needs and their development; management institutions are based on human nature. Therefore, human's management activity is not isolated and simple, but an organic unity with ethical activity. Management is a human's teleological activity and choice about ethical values. It needs the guidance and demonstration of ethic. Management has united, harmonious, ethical characteristics of naturalness and sociability, artificialness and humanness, utilitarian and morality, autonomy and heteronomy, ideality and reality. Management, the base of ethic, regulates ethical life, constructs ethical order, and develops renew of ethic. From the visual angle of management science, ethic itself is a special management activity. Its management function manifests through two dimensions of individual and society. And ethical value related to management focuses on remedying bylaw, improves efficiency of organization and efficiency of management, and promotes practice and theory of management.The reciprocal value' s unscrambling to management and ethic-exploiting to management "ethical factor" and ethical "management function" is to pursue a kind of special and relatively independent practical ethic (management ethic). It needs us to reveal the connation, component and function of management ethic.
