| As an important element in the politic structure of socialism state, led by CPC and mutil-party co-operate and political consult system is itself vivid character. In the political party structure, CPC is the ministerial party while other eight democrat parties are suffraging party. Though CPC and eight democrat parties are equal in political status, political competition doesn't exist among them. The structure is inevitable according history. The actual political party system has experience much matter in the past 50 years. Its origin was up in democracy revolution period and its formal form appeared in socialism revolution and socialism construction period. The three leading coLlectivities all contribute to the system. Comparing to western political party system, our political party system has profound constitutional base. It has magistrality, perenniality, stablity, comprehensivity. Our political party system has its vivid character. CPC and eight democrat parties have a common modernizational construction object. The runnable mechanism of our political party system has some differences from western's, but they are communicated in some respects. Testified by the history, our political party system play an important role in compelling our socialism mordernization construction. Its influences to political structure and political development can't be substituted. However, Our political party system has to be developed and reformed, especially the exploring and managing to its implementing form(including ministerial party's, suffragial party's and the implementing form of mutual supervising),with the development in our economical and political circumstances. The essential approach is to strengthen all political parties?construction. In order to contribute to our socialism modernization construction, the actual parties should build up correct political party idea, deflnitude everyone's political status and function, strengthen their construction of ideaology, oganization and style. |
