On The Inter-party Harmony

Party relations is formed in the process where various political parties in the country lead, control, participate in national political life,and contain the content of a particular distribution of political power and political interests . In today's world of political parties, the harmony of party relations is the key to the achievement of a national political and social harmony ,and also is the key that the party in power maintain and consolidate the ruling status for a long time. In February, 2005 Central Committee of the CCP issued"about Further Strengthens Multi-Party Cooperation which And Political consultation system Construction Opinion the Communist Party of China Leads", Our party proposed"inter-party harmonious"this new concept for the first time. The concept is not only that our party being in power brand-new problem that theory studies ,but also had indicated the Chinese Political party system"the characteristic"is. Correctly understanding this concept, dealing with the inter-party relations between the CPC and democratic parties , exploring the way to the inter-party construction relations, has important theoretical and practical significance. Just like General Secretary Hu Jintao pointed out:"Correctly handling the relationship between our party and the democratic parties, and promoting harmonious relations between our political parties is the important content of the development of socialist democracy and building socialist political civilization and an important part of building socialist harmonious society."In this paper, inter-party harmony as the research object,The first part of this Article starts with of the elaboration of related scientific theories in the party harmonious international relations and inter-party .The second part reviewed the relationship between the CCP and democratic parties and discussed of the practical significance of the construction of inter-party harmony;The third part outlines the current problems of inter-party relations, the more in-depth analysis the reason for the phenomenon of inter-party discord .Part IV put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on how to achieve inter-party harmony.the purpose of the article through the system research for this party harmony raise awareness of the history and reality of the cooperation between the CCP and democratic parties ,Further enhance the leadership of the Chinese Communist Party's understanding of the multi Party cooperation system leaded by CCP to promote the early arrival of a harmonious society.
