This dissertation is a preliminary study on party rights, which are discussed in the following four chapters.Chapter one, the presentation of the definition of party rights and the analysis of the essence of party rights are on the basis of cleaning up the concept of "rights" of the academic circles. Based on this, the author constructs relative theoretical category, for instance, the basic characters, basic types and basic contents of party rights.According to the concept of "rights" of the academic circles, the author considers that the so-called party rights, generally speaking, refer to the qualification and the capability of the party that is engaged into political activities. Concretely speaking, party rights refer to the qualification and the capability of the party that pursues and maintains self-interests that are considered as proper independently as the subject of rights in order to maintain self-survival, development and the demand of exerting functions, which are based on certain economic basis and different political standpoints. The essence of party rights rests with the party's self-pursuit and maintenance of its self-interests as the subject of rights, at the same time, this is a essential reflection of interests distribution relationship between party and other body of rights.Party rights are the outcome and symbol of modern democracy and monocracy, which possess the nature of legitimacy and democracy. Party rights are concrete and historical, and they have obvious nature of class in class society. Party rights have the nature of restriction to party members and party organizations. And party rights are not absolute, but they have boundary and relativity.From the perspective of class character of the subjects of party rights, party rights can be divided into bourgeois party rights and proletarian party rights; from the perspective of configuration of party rights, party rights can be divided into party due rights, party legal rights and party actual rights; from the perspective of content of party rights, party rights can be divided into party economic rights, party political rights and party cultural rights; from the...
