Generally speaking, the academic has suchtwo views' moderate and inadequate. In my opinion, you must have aclear idea of the lidu itself in order to grasp its present situation. Nowseen from the intensity and the depth of anticorruption, from thetargets achieved by using all kinds of measures, the Lidu ofanticorruption in the new period has got to some extent, but notenough. This artic1e firstly analyses some concepts related to the liduof anticorruption, then according to them further expounds its statusquo from the pros and cons, of which the negative is the focus. Next itformulates the factors weakening the Lidu from ideology, supervision,legality, etc. The last part puts forward the solutions to these factorswhich aim to strengthen the Lidu of anticorruption and curbcorruption.
