Research And Application Of Enterprise Financial Forecasting Methods

Enterprise is the cell of national economy and the main ingredient of market. Relating sides, including owners, debtors, internal managers, potent ia~ investors and the government are all concerned about the operating situation and developing prospect of enterprises. Thus, how to forecast the financial situation and the prospect of enterprises promptly and effectively to support the decision of relating sides becomes very important. These are also the main problems discussing in this article.This article analyses and compares some financial forecasting methods commonly used, points out its virtues and defects, then demonstrates the sustainable growing model, and tries using such model and Kaiman filter method for financial forecasting and builds up own financial forecasting and planning method. Furthermore, the article makes the financial forecasting process automatic through using the Visual Basic for Application ( VBA ) language which is supported by Microsoft Excel.
