A Construction Of Forecasting System For The Financial Crisis Of USTC CHUANGXIN Co.,LTD

With the Sudden advent of Asian Financial Crisis and the instantaneous Collapse of Some multinational corporations, such as "Ewron", "Worldcom" and so on, there has a continuous increase of PT and ST corporation among the listed companies of china. Which demonstrates that a further research of Financial Crisis-forecasting becomes more and more necessary and important.Several theories on Financial Crisis-Forecasting-System Model are compared, and Altaian's Z score-model is proved to be feasible as aFinancial Crisis-Forecasting--model for the listed company in our countryafter analyzing the Financial reports of late three-year from 64 companies, which were sampled at random from those companies listed in the Hu &Shen exchanges.In this paper, based on the theory of Forecasting System for Financial Crisis and the reality of USTC CHUANGXIW Co.,LTD., a Financial Crisis-Forecasting--system for that company is designed in detail. This systemincludes briefly as follows: the purpose for system, the criterion for forecasting ,the model of forecasting, the analysis of financial ratios ,the structure of this system,etc.
