| There is some difference between high-tech project industrialization and the traditional investment project, and the former is obviously characterized as high input, high risk, high income and high return. Therefore, high-tech project industrialization evaluation is quite different from evaluation of the traditional investment project. By elaborating on the concept and characteristics of high-techs and their projects industrialization, by being correlated with the actual situation of our countty's high- tech project industrialization, and by giving reference to theories and methods related to project evaluation, this dissertation puts forward measurement systems against high-tech project industrialization and creates high-tech project industrialization models including project's risk analysis, market analysis and forecast, technological analysis, and capabilities of enterprises carrying on the project, etc. And it also achieves good performance by using this evaluation model to evaluate high-tech project industrialization of China Silian Instrument Group Co. Ltd.
