The knowledge economy times has been coming to us. Knowledge and knowledge worker have become the main factor of which constitutes competitive power of enterprise core. Training is regarded as the critical means of which enterprise create and propagate knowledge > keep and obtain knowledge worker, it is especially worth considering. Currently except that the partial minority enterprises of our country still remain at the an outmoded notion, devote less attention to human resources training, the majority enterprises, especially the hi-tech enterprises have realized the importance of employees training, but lack the management method of system in training management, and employees training lies in lower level. In this paper, we are just based on the problem of employees training in hi-tech enterprises, try to put forward a complete management system of employees training for hi-tech enterprises to reference.In this paper, the human resources feature and the importance of employees training of hi-tech enterprise were firstly briefly introduced, the current existing problems of employees training and feature of employees training activities were analyzed. The concept of employees training project management was introduced, and combine with the four phrases in life cycle of employees training project, which include: analysis for training requirementsx design of training project> implementation of training program > training evaluation, the content and specific practice of employees training project management were emphatically introduced. The problem of employees training risk of which long-term puzzles each enterprise were simply analyzed and researched, the risk of employees training in general hi-tech enterprise was more systematically identified, and the training risk was analyzed and evaluated, some risk response strategies were put forward.The main innovation of this paper lies in:The scientific management method of program management is comprehensively introduced to employees training project, which set up a set of new thinking for scientific and systematization of employees training management.Defines the key content of training project management, researches the management method of each link program of training projects combined with practical case.Training evaluation is researched, training evaluation is run through before the training project is implemented> during the training project is implemented and after the training project finished, the methods of training evaluation are put forward .The training risk is identified Systematically. The Resources, appearing probability and serious consequence of training risk is analyzed and assessed with qualitative-quantitative method .The solutions for the training are also put forward.
