In the long time, the use of organization managrnent has been attached importance, however, facing to the realities, we find that self-managrnent seems to be prominent and effective . Creative-type persons with excellent self-managed ability and self-developed are demanded by the knowledge economy nines. As long as everyone acheives self-controled degree then serves society and people. On the basis of this firstly the thesis analyzes the background of problem, mainly makes a detailed analyze from the demands of the knowledge-economy dines, the corruption problems occuring to our social development and the quality education problem, to make a preparation for the fully-discussed discription.There is close relation between social behaviour and self-behaviour, the distingish of them have some obscure, mainly based on whether it effects the benifet of others, collective,courtry or not. Along with the development and transform of social, the tent towards interest of people's behaviour is more clear, it becomes certain to enhance the management of social behaviour. Organize management and self-management has both relation and distinguish, both indepenent each other and complement each other, but management is organic essentially, self-management belongs to organize management. Self-management means independent, trust and create, organize management means cooperation, supervision and standard. Through the analysis of social behaviour and se1f-behaviour~ organize .management and self-management which influence each other, we can find the self-management is the key to control and manage the social behaviour.The self-management is a conscions social behaviour, means accomplish the distillation of management theory, reach the united of manage reason and not-reason. Be in progress self-management to social behaviour is a process that have a capacity of the goal of social develepoent and self-develepment , having clear guiding ideology and concrete standard. Marxism-Leninism ~ Maozedong Thought and Denxiaoping Theory of building socialism with Chinese characteristics is the base guiding ideology of making self-management. Under the new situation, we must take jiangzemin's "Three address"and "Three represent" as guiding ideolog); perticularlv demending party members and leading cadres doing "Three strict and Four self" . We must reach the united of understant~ believe and doing for this guiding ideology. Concretely speaking, the self-management of social behaviour must follow such principles: (1) the principle of self-management and organize management united3each other, (2) the principle of self-restrain and other-restraint united each other ,(3) the principle of theory and prectice united each other.Behaviour is a process. Its management must be carried out through the whole process.
