On Transformation Of Operational Mechanism Of Public Power In Today's China

Generally speaking, the category -"Public Power" is the central topic often discussed in political science and the science of law. From the perceptive of origin, it is deeply rooted in human race and human life. While in the historical process, it becomes the symbol of man shaking off barbarism to civilization .Man doesn't choose accidentally and arbitrarily the operational mode of public power, on the contrary, such choice is the inevitable outcome of the development of human history. It s operational state symbolizes whether and to which degree man can exercise public power.The present thesis is an attempt to make a thorough and systematic search on the operational mechanism of public power in today's China. Basing on the Marxist political science, by using the research methods of embryology, logic and historiographer, the present thesis makes a rational recognition of its development process and its status qua. Besides that, the present thesis also gives some new thinking on the topic.
