One of the obvious characteristic is that the reform for habitation merchandise is developing constantly, especially these years . With the actualization of some policy about it , the line of estate has become more and more important for our general economy . Now , the market has become a buy-off market from a selling-off market. That means the competition in this market is becoming harder than ever . If these habitation makers want to win from the competition , they have to make their products-houses-more attractive and more suitable for sale . The key to win the match is just marketing management.These years , with the market developing , some clever makers have been aware of the importance of marketing management . They find that the marketing management can provide great profit . Many companies are providing all kinds of service for marketing masterminding and marketing management . A few companies begin to adopt the new idea of marketing management, and they have made many successful examples by using the new idea . But, because of the poor theory and practice , there are many problems in this market . Those problems restraint the development of the marketing management itself directly.
