This paper looks back the development process of our country's real estate market and marketing. Following that It makes an overview of the research condition from home to abroad, then It explains the meaning of knowledge-based economy and marketing management.Along with the development of IT, the relationships between companies gradually become more complicated. The concept of value network provides help for increasing the value of the customer within the more wide scope. Real estate development enterprise should be brave to put the theory of value network management into practice, and strives to be the predominant member. If real estate development enterprise wants to obtain the leading position of the value network of real estate, it must develop its own marketing management system, manage the whole value network effectively, and create value for all the members of the network, including the final customers. The development of the marketing information system shouldn't proceed alone, and must be planned wholly in the frame of enterprise information. Otherwise, it would not only lead to many information islands isolated from each other, which lowers the enterprise's efficiency, but also make knowledge management impossible. At the same time, the enterprise should put the solution of collaborative commerce into practice, which can integrate Real Estate Marketing Management System (REMMS) and the original information systems such as ERP on the same platform.RECRMS is a key subsystem of REMMS, the application of GIS technology helps this system to manage customer addresses visually. Rapid development of Internet has offered enormous development space for real estate network marketing, saves customer's much time by avoiding invalid work, and the developer also reduces cost greatly. Development of e-commerce provides fast and convenient means of payment through network. Data warehouse and data mining techniques equip the CRMS with strong analytical skills. Valid data analysis provides aid to efficient target marketing. Moreover, collaborative commerce makes it possible for all the membersin the value network to enter the system, obtaining personal information, by assigning a information portal to everyone. Another important subsystem of REMMS is PRMS. It can help us cooperate effectively with our partners.
