| Transnational Corporation is a conglomerate of a few corporations, which were found according to all kinds of legal systems. Its internal subsidiaries is under the centralized control and unified assignment of the parent company to some extent .For one thing, the control may bring the economy of the host country some bad influence, and the host country must regulate it by legal means; for another, creditors of the subsidiaries may be damaged for he can't ascertain the responsibility of the parent company because of the independence of subject status of the parent company and its subsidiaries.
