Study On Legal Systems Of Chinese Coastal Transport And Inland Navigation

Beginning with analysis of the present legal systems of Chines coastal transport and inland navigation, on the basis of researching on necessities of perfecting the legal system, the author, using comparative research methodology, propose several schemes on perfection of the legal system under the frame of integrated legal system of Chinese water transportation.After analyzing the advantages and flaws of each scheme in virtue of the principles provided in discipline of legislation, the author puts forward the best scheme to be applied in the legislation of Chinese coastal transport and inland navigation at the beginning of the 21st century.
