Legal System Of Maritime Trade In Services Research

The liberalization of maritime transport service trade is one of the important topics in the multilateral trade negotiation since Uruguay-bout. It is also one of the emphasis and difficulties in the negotiation of WTO service trade. This article analyzes the basic frame and main content of legal system of maritime transport service trade while illustrating the present legislation and problems of our maritime transport service trade. Now the liberalization of maritime transport service trade has been the main trend. In the formal documents of China's entry WTO, our country has made concrete promise on maritime transport service and its assistant service. In order to fulfill our country's promise better and push the development of our maritime transport service trade, the author aimed at some problems existing in legal system of maritime transport service , discusses how to perfect legal system of our maritime transport service trade further.
