Research On Compulsory Insurance To Carrier In Carriage Of Passenger By Sea

As one of main passenger transport's means in national economy, carriage of passenger by sea is important, but concerning it's state of safety, we are worried. Furthermore, it is serious that the carrier is often bankrupt or incapable of bearing the responsibility to pay compensation in light of law and conventions, so benefits of passengers is not guaranteed. But, at present, all means of law and measures of insurance do not solve effectively this problem. Following personal interests concerned, how to bestow on passengers more sufficient and effective protection? Most of country already began to concern and prepare to solve this matter.The key issue of thesis is building up carrier's compulsory insurance system in carriage of passenger by sea. Basing on introduction on the necessity of this system, I employ a lot of inks on analyzing theory establishment of compulsory insurance in this paper, and expound nature, object and direct action etc in compulsory insurance system in carriage of passenger by sea. I hope that department responsible for the work can find a little enlightenment in this thesis.
