Researches Of The Commerce & Trade Logistics System Planning In Ganjingzi District

In the new era of knowledge-based economy and globalization, commerce & trade logistics (CTL) has become one of the hot topics. The level of regional CTL can fully reflect its comprehensive economy forces as well as its capabilities of market competence. It is needless to say that planning, construction and development of regional CTL system makes a main trend.This paper focuses on the researches of CTL system in Ganjingzi District Dalian City. On the bases of clarifying the concept, functions and basic factors of CTL system, it analyzes and summarizes the present situation, advantages, existing problems and then points out the function position of CTL in Ganjingzi District. According to statistics investigation, analysis and sorting of the data materials, it employs scientific qualitative and quantitative approaches to work out some planning suggestions about CTL centers and markets in Ganjingzi District. So that a valuable decision-making reference on the CTL construction and development in Ganjingzi District has been given out.It employs the combination approaches of model analysis and calculation in the light of systematic theory, forecasting theory, decision-making theory as well as planning theory, so that the synthetic application of theoretical analysis and data analysis are realized.
