The Principal Mechanisms For Entrepreneurs Growth And Development In China Of The Knowledge Economy Epoch

Twenty-fist century will be a new economy epoch dominated by knowledge and information , and it will be , to China , full of both challenges and opportunities . What will Chinese business enterprises need in the next century ? It must be , most urgently , the entrepreneurs who convert scientific techniques into productivity . Therefore , China calls for its entrepreneurs , calls for those creative and talent managements in business operations . China is to realize its modernization , which is to rely on largely the roles of its entrepreneur.S in its economic reform and opening to the outside world , China nas had its national economy developed tremendously , accompanied by a pool of directors and managers newly grown up . Hovvever, the mechanisms for entrepreneurs growth in practice remains our concerns . This study mainly discusses that, based on some of existing studies and researches , the features under the knowledge economy epoch and qualifications required for its entrepreneur personnel , the existing Chinese entrepreneur and its condition and the problems existed in its corp , how to form the principal mechanisms favouring Chinese entrepreneurs growth and its construction , and some other respects .The first chapter discusses some basic features under the knowledge economy epoch , and , based on it, presents five requirements for the entrepreneur under this new economy , in which stresses on the importance of its creativeness .The second chapter discusses mainly the existing Chinese entrepreneur and its condition . It emphases on discussing and analysing the problems existed currently in the corp of Chinses entrepreneur and the environment for its grovvth and development.The third chapter , the principal mechanisms for the entrepreneurs growth and development in China , is the most important part of this discuss . Firstly , it indicates that the condition of entrepreneurs growth and development is an integrated presentation of the reacion to various behaviours under the specific period of time and the certain environment . And this reaction nas relations with two major respects : 1) the entrepreneurs own personal qualities as the main body of thereaction behaviours , and 2) the objective environments (individua environment , organizationa environment , and extemal environment ) for them , in which the latter his more important . Followed up , it demonstrates the present condition of entrepreneurs growth and development , and its mathematical and pictorial patterns , respectivelv . Based on the above , the author focuses on talking about the frameworks design of the principal mechanisms for the Chinese entrepreneurs grovvth and its corps construction .Finally and respectively , the author goes on discussing the preceding five mechanisms more specificallv and profoundly .
