The Development And Improvement Of Chinese Entrepreneur

Enterprises are the cells of national economy, and that entrepreneurs are the most active and important kernels of corporation productivity who boost reforms and promote the developments of economy and society. From the inside of an enterprise, in the drastic competition of markets the rise and fall of the enterprise is determined by the decision-making of the enterprise, so an entrepreneur as a policymaker always holds the balance in market economy. From the outside of an enterprise, the essence of market economy is competition, i.e. the competition of talents. While an entrepreneur is the head of an enterprise and assumes overall responsibilities. So we can say that market competition is the competition of entrepreneurs.Entrepreneur culture determines the manner, quality and course of corporation culture, so researching corporation culture must attach importance to the thoughts and inspirit of entrepreneurs. This dissertation first probes into the history and development and then discusses the cultivation and improvement of Chinese entrepreneurs.Chinese entrepreneur group forms in the course of planned economy transforming to market economy and is affected by feudalism history, so it is necessary to strengthen theory research of Chinese entrepreneur group, shape the encouragement and restriction mechanism and quicken the building of Chinese entrepreneur group.
