The 21st century is full of challenger and opportunity. Facing drastic competition , production rapidity renewal , and the customer demanding continual variety , which made manufacture develop in much-species, small-batch and custom production mode. Corporation must adjust and organize produce in time on market requirement basis, and strengthen produce control. So it may improve market imitative power, and hold vantage point in the drastic competition. Comparing with flowing manufacturing, discrete manufacturing characteristic is low continuity much species and complex logistic. So this paper wish it explore a content control model integrating system theory cybernetics and extension theory.This paper analysis production control mode and characteristic of discrete custom manufacturing , bring forward that push-pull mode can better solve its planning and controlling. Matter-element which is holonic has application in describing manufacturing system. On this basis, establish extension control model. The model control input information according as output information measure up(related faction). Matter-element transformation which made contradiction problem convert resolved problem exploit relevant strategy set. It make use of the strategy to solve existence problem in production controlling, thereby operating variable convert measure from fail field. Extension control model make full use of extension theory. It introduce matter-element to assays and convert the problem during system control process. So system has batter flexibility and reconfiguration, which can preferable adapt to intensity changeable market.
