The Research Of Extension Decesion On Reducing Cultivated Land And Planting Forest Of Shan-Bei Region

Shan-bei region has longstanding history and rich natural resources. But it is dry and little rain. The ecological environment is fragile and the people live poorly. The main reason is the serious soil erosion, the high comparison sloping farmland and the traditional of planting. So the most important methods are to reduce the sloping cultivated land and to plant forest and grass. Reducing Cultivated Land and Planting Forest project which plays important part in circumstance improvement and economy proposing, is a environment construction that our government has proposed according to sustainable development. So Reducing Cultivated Land and Planting Forest project has become a single way to afforestation project and sustainable development strategy.The paper is based on a provincial educates special scientific research fund project, ((the research of ecological environment and economic development model in shan-bei region)) . A series of strategies and measure of Reducing Cultivated Land and Planting Forest project are made systematically and scientifically on foundation of collecting the data of Reducing Cultivated Land and Planting Forest project. The result of this paper provide scientific decision methods to provincial, municipal and local governments. And then it analysis the urgency, necessity and possibility .The EAHP-DEA mode of Reducing Cultivated Land and Planting Forest project in Shan-Bei region is made based on the extension evaluation theory and Data Envelopment Analysis, and put forward an new concept of extension DEA effective. An extension decision model of Cultivated Land and Planting Forest project in Shan-Bei region is established with the tool of Extension theory. The key tacticsassemble of Cultivated Land and Planting Forest project in Shan-Bei region is gotten by extension decision anylysis.Extension decision is a new decision method which uses the extension method. In this paper extension decision is applied to analyzing the problem of Cultivated Land and Planting Forest project in Shan-Bei region, hoped to make certain contribution in basic research and application study in thesis.
