Research On The Corporation Workflow Management

Based on the development of XD-PDM software, one mainly function module of Product Data Management (PDM) - workflow system is discussed in this thesis.At first, the concept of PDM as well as its present status and development is discussed. A deeply analysis is given on the workflow system and its main function, concept and genre are proposed too. Meanwhile, the object oriented data model technology is used to create the object model of workflow system. According to the principle of the Petri workflow, an abstract serial-logic workflow model is made, and the message model of node for this serial -logic model is also given. Finally, Based on Lotus Notes technique as rock-bottom support, the software of workflow system is realized and its implement scheme is introduced too. When the relationships and properties of client-roles are discussed, a secure management policy based on client-role is induced.
