Model education for the Young Pioneers is an effective method to implement the fundamental tasks of the Young Pioneers and a fundamental way to guide the comprehensive and healthy development of children and children.Because of its vividness and many other advantages,the model education of the young pioneers in elementary school has attracted the attention of the Young Pioneers organization.Therefore,it has become an important way for the Young Pioneers to conduct moral education.The Young Pioneers role model education is to set an example for the Young Pioneers to better integrate The knowledge of role model education is imparted to the young pioneers,and it has a positive effect in enhancing the value recognition of role model education of the young pioneers.However,influenced by many factors,the Young Pioneers’ role model education has been greatly impacted.The essence of role model education is becoming more and more obscure,and the effectiveness of role model education is difficult to complete,which seriously hinders the development of role model education of the young pioneers in primary schools.Therefore,improving the value recognition of the Young Pioneers’ role model education has become a major issue in the current role model education of the Young Pioneers in primary schools.This requires the Young Pioneers organization to attach importance to role model education and find reasonable solutions.This is a vital and urgent issue for the healthy growth of children and children.Tasks.This study uses literature analysis,questionnaire survey and interview methods to conduct research on the role model education of the young pioneers in primary schools under the current identity perspective.First of all,it summarized and sorted out the existing literature,defined the core concepts such as role model education,Young Pioneers role model education and Young Pioneers role model education identity,and explained the necessity of studying the Young Pioneers role model education from the perspective of identity.Second,the research design is based on the research purpose.Clarify the survey object,content and method,and do a good job of related survey work,and conduct survey implementation according to the research design.This thesis takes the young pioneers from grades 3 to 6 of X Primary School in Shijiazhuang City as the main research object.Questionnaires are distributed to them,and interviews with the young pioneers instructors are conducted to understand the current situation through the questionnaires and interview content.The survey results show that the Young Pioneers have a good overall understanding of the Young Pioneers role model education,but they still lack a comprehensive and in-depth understanding;their emotional identification is not deep enough and need to be further strengthened;their will identification is not firm enough and they lack sufficient beliefs;role model education and learning performance " Inconsistent knowledge and action".Thirdly,according to the survey results,attribution analysis was carried out from the positive level and the problem level.Among them,the young pioneers all received the team constitution education;the instructors know how to use their own special role functions;the young pioneers activities played an important role is the reason for the positive aspects of the young pioneers’ role model education.The main reasons for the problems are that the limitations of the Young Pioneers affect the value recognition of the role model education;the methods and methods of the school Young Pioneers role model education are inappropriate;and the lack of an environment conducive to the value recognition of the role model education of the Young Pioneers.Finally,corresponding improvement countermeasures are proposed based on the investigation results and cause analysis.First of all,strengthen the guidance of the young pioneers: pay attention to the cultivation of the young pioneers’ cognitive ability;enhance the young pioneers’ self-discipline;pay attention to the dominant position of the young pioneers in the role model education of the young pioneers.Secondly,optimize the educational methods and methods of the Young Pioneers role model education: establish appropriate Young Pioneers role model education goals;enrich the content of the Young Pioneers role model education;improve the Young Pioneers role model education methods;regularly carry out the Young Pioneers role model education training.Finally,create a good model education recognition environment: create a good social environment;create a good family environment;create a good network environment;create a good school environment.
