In dealing with the issue of venture capital and hi-tech industry development, equally sufficient attentions must be give to both of venture capital development and hi-tech development. Ignorance of either of them results in the mishap. That is, bottle-neck of Hi-tech industry development retards the more development of venture capital, vice versa. In fact, only when co-win has been realized on part of both, can Hi-Tech industries be supported by powerful capital, and can venture capital gain considerable profit, therefore increasing investment scale and strength . This article is intended to seek the strategy and methods for promotion of China's development of venture and Hi-tech industry in the bi-area of the sauce.This thesis starts by describing the experience of the foreign venture capital firms in introducing the high-tech industry into China. Through a series of examples related to the aforementioned experiences. We analyze the impact of theventure capital in promoting high-tech industries in foreign countries as well as increasing their economic power. From these experience and examples, we then analyze China's current venture capital environment and its impact on high-tech industries. With the successful American and European experiences in venture capital in high-tech industries as a foundation combined with China's unique environment.
