Research On Venture Captial Evaluation System Of Shaan Xi

Venture capital is a new model of investment with high risk and high earning. Venture capital focuses on investing resources like capital and human in the area of R&D and scientific application in order to accelerate the industrialization of new technological achievements, develop new industrial scope and obtain higher profit. Venture capital is generally regarded as the stimulator of scientific improvements and economic development. In order to minimize risk, it's critical for venture capitalist to precisely evaluate risk and effectively control it. On the basis of research on foreign venture capital evaluation system and domestic experience, this paper gives a new venture capital evaluation system.From the view of a venture capital company, with application of system theory, fuzzy set theory and multi-layer structure analyzing method, the paper puts forward a set of wholly new and feasible venture capital evaluation system. This system includes 21 risk elements of five core risk factors with its emphasis on risks of environment, management, market, technology and finance. Also, in this paper a mathematical model for risk evaluation is constructed and how to make investment decision is thoroughly discussed. At last, case study proves the outcome of the paper's research. That is: in order to reduce the risk, it's necessary to carry out detailed analysis and evaluation of the project, and to take risk management measure with qualitative and quantitative scientific decision-making methods.
