Research Report Of Evaluation For Venture Capital Project "Shenglong Co,Ltd

In the venture capital operation system, the efficient evaluation of the VC project and VC enterprise is the preliminary condition. Due to the lack of the VC project evaluated experiences and cases, the research of the VC evaluation system is emphasized particularly on the theory in our country.To solve this problem, the thesis discussed on the base of summing up the mature experiences of other countries, some key factors (such as people, market, management and etc.) to affect VC of our country and the measures to quantify the qualitative evaluation by Venture Capital Project "Shenglong Co, Ltd " . The framework of the investment opportunity evaluation is also provided here, meanwhile the different important evaluation contents and the related estimation method of VC enterprises in different phases is put forward.The thesis has introduced the basic situation of Shenglong Co,Ltd and the background of this investment project in the first part; in the second part , this paper introduced basic theories and status of evaluation in VC decision procedure, research in foreign countries;the third part is core and focus of the thesis, it analyze the procedures for evaluation in the VC of our country on the basis of summarizing the foreign ripe theory , put forward train of thought about appraising procedures for VC enterprise in different stages, designed an index system for evaluation in VC project of china, and analyzed how to appraiseby quantification ;at last, on the basis of the third part, the thesis introduced VC project of "shenglong co, Ltd" in detail , showing the application of the theory in the reality.The research focal point of this thesis is as follows:According to the ripe operation experience in foreign countries, normal evaluation strategy, decision procedure , the thesis establish the key factor of influencing the VC success or failure of our country, appraise the reference basis of the VC project;Any VC project can not leave affirmation of invest value and settlement of the share structure finally, so it is focal point and difficult point of the thesis how to determine the nature on appraisal and carry on quantification effectively;Contrasting different investment valuation methods , the thesis seek the corresponding valuation according to different stages of the VC project, And carry on the essential exposition to the relevant situations that have already been used tentatively in the real case.
