Discuss On Evaluation Indexes System Of Venture Capital Project In China

Nowadays in the Information age, a newly emerging investment means namely venture investment, have been proved very promotive to the economy development of a country. As a key part of venture capital operation, venture capital project evaluation is paid more and more attentions by people while venture investment are changing with each passing day.The selection of evaluation indexes is very important. Many scholars have made lots of researches on this aspect.This thesis uses overseas and national index systems of venture capital project evaluation for reference and it bases on the real situation of our country, which differs greatly from other countries in the world, brings forward the opinions of the indexes system of venture capital project evaluation in our country.This thesis consists of four parts. They are as follows:The first chapter summarizes the evaluation of venture capital project. It introduces concept of the evaluation of venture capital project, the forming of indexes system of venture capital project evaluation, and the significance of researching on indexes system of venture capital project evaluation.The second third chapter is about the theories summarizing used in indexes designing of venture capital project evaluation. There are three theories, namely system theory, importance theory and practice standard theory.The third chapter analyses the overseas and national venture capital project evaluation indexes systems, sums up of them and makes conclusions. Therefore the research viewpoints of this paper about venturecapital project evaluation indexes systems come into being.The fourth chapter discusses the indexes system of venture capital project evaluation in our country. It tells the differences between the international venture capital and the national venture capital, and revises the national venture capital project evaluation index systems. And at the end of this paper, an indexes system of venture capital project evaluation in our country is founded. At last, a case of venture capital in China is used to check up the rationality of the above indexes system founded in this paper.
