Transnational Corporation And Researches Regarding Juridical Problems

Transnational operation has been become irresistible tide of contemporary world economy. Foreign transnational companies overseas directly participate the competition of Chinese market, which has brought challenges to our corporations; Our transnational ones supply chances to the domestic development of economy through joining the competition of world market. As it is becoming public focus, a large quantity of juridical problems regarding transnational operation have emerged on and off. It is an important subject for us how to further research such problems in theory and practice. In my eye, it should be dissected from three aspects namely host county, home country and the world and two levels including developed and developing countries, and then the following problems are brought: several problems, which embraces preferential and restricted policies provided by host countries, shifting cause of juridical systems in developing countries as well as adjusting trend, fundamental differences confronted by developed and developing nations. In the meantime, it indicates problems paid attention to our making use of transnational corporations and ones faced by our transnational companies, the rational promotion of preferential citizens, effective combination in domestic and foreign law establishment of foreign ventures, juridical acknowledgement in strategic alliance of enterprises, timely shift from current system to enterprise' and amendment and establishment of relating laws, etc. It will play a positive role in protecting our economic safety and building our good internal and external environment of foreign capitals.
