Study On Legal System Of Government Purchase

As an important means of western market economic country to manage public capital payment, governmental procurement is an action of government agency and department or other units controlled by government which use public capital and acquire goods, projects, services to realize government function or public benefit.Governmental procurement that introduces market competitive system into the repartition and use of finance capital, is an important means to manage public payment.In our country, the motion of governmental procurement was introduced justly, the study on governmental procurement system is very thin. So how to draw lessons from the international regulation and experience of governmental procurement is an important issue before us.The aim of this paper is to research the general standard of governmental procurement and it's management, and to offer some beneficial suggestions on setting up our governmental procurement system by the common theoretical analysis on governmental procurement and it's management and the comparative study on international governmental procurement regulation.
