A Disquisition On Problems Of Project Management

There are nearly ten years since Chinese project management was put in practice country widely in 1996. During this period, Chinese project management system developed fast and it is practiced basically in all provinces of China. But many problems of Chinese project management, for example, how to apply FIDIC conditions in project management, and the huge disparity of engineering consulting between China and oversea, and the questions of inviting and entering tenders or rate of construction project management or claiming for compensation of construction, etc, were appeared in course of it being practiced. These problems are puzzling and embarrassing the envelopment of project management. This paper directs against the serious problems of Chinese project management, through a series of correlative studies and investigation, raises a point of settling these problems which can help Chinese project management envelopment fast and healthily and help it connects international custom as quickly as possible, the paper has commonly practical significance and value in developing Chinese project management.
