Research Of Information Ensuring In Policymaking Of Medium And Small Enterprises

To ensure information supply in policymaking is the completely new task and inevitable choice of medium and small enterprises to fit in with the needs of information time development, economy globalization and the same as China joined the WTO and the more sharpening in market competition. In this dissertation, the author studied this question more systematically and deeply based on the investigation of the situations in home and foreign countries by methods like as on-the-spot and questionnaires investigations, documents and examples analyzation.The main body of this dissertation was composed by six sections. The concepts of medium and small enterprises and its policymaking were discussed in the former two parts. In the third section the author analyzed information ensuring briefly and pointed out its realistic senses suiting for the factor that our country joined the WTO and the favorable and unfavorable factors in information ensuring. In the forth section the author expounded the methods detailed about information ensuring of medium and small enterprises in our country. The author drew up plans for information ensuring from four respects as strategy developing, technology innovating, markets reclaiming and talent resources building. The author put forward conception to build up information ensuring systems to medium and small enterprises in our country and some quite characteristic suggestions in and out of the medium and small enterprises. The last section was the conclusion summarizing the research results and some questions needed to be advance researched.There were some different degree innovations in every main section. But the important innovation lay in the conception putted forward to build up medium and small enterprises systems based on the condition of our country.The text has 40 thousand words also, one picture and two forms.
