Research To The System Of Quality Management Of Dalian Locomotive Manufacturing Works

On the basis of fully understanding of total quality management of Dalian Locomotive Manufacturing Works, using theory and methods of quality management, this thesis has made a research on quality management of domestic locomotive manufacturing industry, and find out the keys so that the locomotive manufacturers can be survival and develop under the situation of competitive market.This thesis firstly discuss that the problems of quality management of Dalian Locomotive Manufacturing Works under the situation of market economy after reviewing the actuality of its quality management, in allusion to the key elements which give great impact on the core competitive ability of the enterprise, such as the shorter R&D period, the higher quality level, the lower cost level, etc. the further analysis discuss that the problems in quality management of the works, after combine with the feature of the works. It finds out the problems in quality management process by using the above methods, further countermeasures also has been tabled?quality management based on information technology is implemented step by step will sharpen the competitive edge of the quality management of the works.With a view to quality management and profit , the thesis handled the problems of quality management in the process of R&D and production by the means of CE, SPC.etc. The enterprise can improve quality management with pertinence, acclimatize itself to the rapid change of market, seeking the perfect.Finally the integrated quality management information system(IQMIS) has been discussed. The IQMIS can response the rapid change of the market and focus on the needs of customers, the thesis indicate that the IQMIS willbe the definitely choice for the domestic locomotive manufacturingenterprises.
