Since China carried out opening and reform policy twenty-two years ago, Chinese economy has gained a great achievement. Opening policy should embrace two layers of meaning. One is introducing into foreign capital, and the other is foreign investment. Now China has achieved great progress on introducing into foreign capital, which has greatly contributed to China's economic construction. However, compared to introducing into foreign capital, China's foreign investment is still at an initial level. It is an urgent problem about how to develop China's overseas business and enhance the comprehensive competitive ability of China's enterprises in the international market. This article deals with the necessity and probability in theoretical and illustration from the view of a developing country. It presents the operation and policy advice faced with the characteristic of China's overseas business, so as to provide some conference on the internationalization of China's enterprises.This article is consists of seven chapters. The first chapter is preface. Next one discusses the necessity of Chinese enterprises carrying out the internationalization strategy. The third chapter treats the material content of the internationalization strategy. In the fourth chapter, consulting other's internationalization measurement models, we put forward our own one and introduce some TNC theories about developing counties. We review the developing course of Chinese enterprises foreign investment and forecast the tendency of China's FDI in the fifth chapter. The sixth chapter is cases analysis. We enumerate three home appliances companies. They are Haier, Konka and Hisense. The last chapter is about conclusions and policy advices. It presents the operation and policy advices faced with the problems of China's overseas business.
