Endogenization Of Technology And Reconstruction Of The System Of Science And Technology Of Southwestern Region

As the key factor, science and technology is playing a more and more important role in the economic development of our country. Facing the chance of the west development and the challenge of china's joining the WTO, southwestern region must, through the reconstruction of the present regional system of science and technology, create new regional system of science and technology which plays a leading and multiplying part in regional development, which adapts to regional conditions and forms the regional core ability, which promotes the endogenization of technology. This is an urgent problem of theory and practice that combine the theory of the endogenous technology, the forward position of modern economics growth research, with the theory of regional development of science and technology So, uniting the achievements of modern academic circles and my own probing, the thesis is analyses and evaluate the endogenization of technology and the reconstruction of the system of science and technology of southwestern region from four aspects .Part I, the thesis gives a brief introduction to the related theory and international experience; Part II, beginning from analyzing and evaluating the present system of science and technology of southwestern region, by analyzing and comparing various data, the thesis expounds the positive and negative influence of present regional system of science and technology on economic development; Part III, aiming at realizing the endogenization of technology and the core abilities of technology, the thesis points out that linking the regional superiority of resources, it is the key for southwestern region to realize the system integration and promote the endogenization of technology to establish the superiority of technical and economic competition in the future; Part IV, by analyzing the aim, principle and countermeasure of reconstructing the system of science and technology of southwestern region, the thesis establishes the index system to diagnose the situation of regional system of science and technology in order to realize the favorable mutually promoting relations. According to the above four aspects, the thesis puts forward corresponding suggestions to southwestern high-tech areas by giving living examples. By the above research, we find if southwestern region can grasp the chance and establish new regional system of science and technology to realize the endogenization of technology and promote regional economic development, it will not only establish the competitive superiority of the region and realize the leaping development ,but also meet the challenges of the WTO and seize a corner of the international market in sharp competition.
