The rural economic information system that is perfect smoothly and high efficient .It is a important technical guarantee that to promote agriculture's modernization , industrialization and informatization and to improve the total quality of our country's rural economy and the efficiency of rural resources allocate .The paper's theory design is on the stand of information economy theory and agriculture theory ,at the same time ,it deduced some related scientific study methods which tightly concerned with the thesis of the evaluate to the rural economy information system.. Firstly, it give a scientific expound to the system's concepts, evaluate principle, theory foundation, evaluate purpose and the significance of the evaluation. Next to that, according to the index system's build principle , It start from the system's composed factors which build up the index system of the comprehensive evaluation., at the same time ,the method is used to decide the index's select and APH method is used to settle the index's weight. The last part is about comprehensive evaluation of the system's development and build. It put forward some measures which against the current problems existing in that system, such as to develop the agricultural information market, to improve the system's work efficiency and strengthen the system 's construction on the basic level.
