Now, Continuously promoting city informatization has been not reasonable in China, Because the innate character of city informatization is still urbanization, but it's expression is changed to information's gathering in the urban region, the rural region have to continuously suffer this kind pain of "the effect of the pole".This article begin with the redefinition of urban and rural, informatization, Secondly, To induce and generalize domestic and international informatization theory, improve the current informatization evaluation system; Third, through making use of Porat method, RITE, and other informatization evaluation system to analyze the current information of our country's informatization, and draw a conclusion that there are some lack in our country's urban and rural economic informatization: the pressure of our countries' informatization is vast; the level of informatization is not equability in every locality; the standard and law related information is not complete, and consciousness of information owner should be improved.
