| Science and technology is the ultimate factor in agriculture economy development. It is focused on how to accelerate to the transforming process in the whole society. The important research is to study the mode of transformation. The text puts up theoretic analysis about Chinese mode of transformation by establishing model and probes into establishing mode of transformation suitable for agricultural economy development in the new century, thus, it accelerates turning agricultural scientific and technological achievements into productive force. The whole text includes six segments. The first part is the introduction about conceptions and theories of application of agricultural scientific and technological results. The second part is to expatiate on characters of turning agricultural scientific and technological achievements into productive force by studyingit in different historical ages------agriculture, industry and service economy. The thirdpart is that through analyzing agricultural science and technology system of America, Japan and Holland, suggested mode of transformation is set forth. The corporation, rural cooperative organizations and government exert enormous function. The fourth part is presenting the basic thing about mode of transformation. Firstly, Chinese agricultural science and technology system under conventional planned economy system is introduced. Secondly, stating some examples sets forth Chinese mode of transformation at present. Thirdly, four modes are concluded and analyzed primitively. In the fifth part the model is erected to deeply analyze mode of transformation. It lays the theoretic foundation for establishing object mode. Finally, on the base of analysis above object mode that adapts agricultural economy development in the new century is put forward, and the corresponding counter-measures are presented.
