In this paper, necessity and feasibility of technical improvement construction production line is mainly investigated with purpose of providing scientific analysis proof for investment decision.Facing existing problems, it is urgent for Guangming Corporation to conduct technical improvement. From point of advantage and existing problems of Guangming Corporation, characteristics, market demand, technical level and developing trend and prospect and environment of products are analyzed. The necessity of technical improvement of the project is expounded systematically.
