Other, have made the factor that still should be considered in the technical innovation project feasibility study, include analysis scope of paying off all debts capability, the influence of national macroscopic economic policy and the influence of inflation, etc. In this article also put forward some personal suggestion from the problems existed in the aspects of -standard, method, purpose, authorization and compilation of feasibility study report according to the current feasibility study work condition of our count ry.In the aspect of demonstration analysis, takes a certain company' s technical innovation project as example, combines above-mentioned theory and analysis methods, it has carried out feasibility analysis demonstration from its market, technology, economy, finance and risk.
