This paper is composed of six chapters,First,beginning with the definition of the pharmaceutical industry,discuss definition and concept of Drug. On the basis of State Drug Administration & State Health Department to aim at study,develop,trial,plant of Drug that over management,to understand Drug of classify ,characteristic. Compare local and oversea,developing trend.Second,aim at Drug 's market demand,I analyzed target customer and buy motive,to understand main factor of Drug 's demand and forecast.Third,aim at market segment,to include population,geography,environment,to formulate sales strategy plan ,product position is only strength compare with competitor.Fourth,product strategy and brand strategy,1 analyzed central product .include manage of package and brand,product price.Fifth,Sales channel management,aim at reality situation in working. To formulate promotion strategy,include advertise and manpower.In chapter end,I discussed the importance of the management information system in the pharmaceutical industry and analyzed the social responsibilities of pharmaceutical companies.The aim of this paper is to provide guidance for current pharmaceutical companies of the local and joint venture.
