Analysis And Control Of The Finalcial System Risks Of Real Estate

In recent year, real estate in China has entered a stage of stable and orderly development from the lower ground. This fact proves the following view: Only positive operation in the real estate finance system can forcefully support the development and expansion of real estate finance in a long run. It's a pity, however, there is little systematic research and theoretical summary of this industry's development in China. I choose the subject as my research, which should be of certain realistic and theoretic significance.Firstly, this, thesis elaborates the basic concepts of real estate finance, and fully inquires into the inner links of the structure and movement, the stability and risk in the system. Secondly, it makes a thorough analysis of the source of systematic risk in the real estate finance. Then further reveals the mechanism of the risk formation. On the basis of the above study, I put the emphasis on measuring and monitoring risk methods of risk control and establishing outer mechanism of protecting and eliminating risk. At last, some constructive advices are put forward in this thesis.There are two distinguishing features of this article: First, The theories (such as basic concepts, the source and mechanism of formation and risk control, etc.) are probably considered as the earlier and mature elaboration and more systematic and comprehensive summaries in the industry; Second, with my professional experience and specialized knowledge learned in the postgraduate phrase, I have brought forth new ideas about the demonstration methods in this thesis. For example, Using the Marx classical theory and some interrelated theories to analyze the source of risk; elaborating "risk control" by means of quantitative and qualitative analysis. Meanwhile the method of combining the theory and practice runs through the whole article, etc.
