Research On The Developing Of Large-scale Real-estate Projects In Sub-urban Regions

This dissertation focuses on the large-scaled real-estate projects and tries to discuss the interactions between the authorities and the real-estate corporations to propel urbanism and the development of real-estate. In the dissertation, theories of the urban economics, real-estate, public goods and economic of scale are combined with real-estate examples to show the instruction of the theories to the practical operation.Firstly, based on the introduction of the developmental theories of real-estate, the dissertation puts forward the new developing styles and tries to make emend for the traditional theories. Secondly, through the domestic and foreign examples that show the major analytical significance, the operation ways of large-scaled urban real- estate have been presented and the analysis have been made to the developing background and the existing problems. Furthermore, the dissertation discusses the new requests of the development of large-scaled urban real-estate to the authorities and the real- estate corporations.
